I had a possible tire leak, called and they were able to take a look at my car immediately and was in and out of there in 30 min. Turns out there was no leak but tires were low on air so they filled them up and didn't even charge me. I was in shock to say the least and very much appreciative of their help. Excellent customer service and will be taking my care here for any future repairs.
I had an air leak from my tire valve that went undiagnosed at other tire shops. Warrenton Tire & Auto not only found the problem immediately but had it fixed in about an hour. Great service! Thank you!
A low tire pressure sensor went off during a business trip to Warrenton. I was turned away by 2 other establishments down the street that wanted me to make an appointment and leave the car overnight. Warrenton Tire took my car into the garage the moment I arrived and was repaired in less than 5 minutes. I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could. Very honest and friendly staff, highly recommend doing business with them.
I had a flat and was in Warrenton Virginia. I took my vehicle to Warrenton Tire and Auto to have them replace the tire. After checking my tire/wheel they advised me my wheel was dented and they could not replace the tire on a wheel in that condition. They did not have replacement wheel in stock. So they put my old tire back on the rim and fixed it as well as they could. They did not charge at all for the work they did with the tire/wheel. The fix on the tire lasted a week! I used that time to order 2 new tires as well as two wheels needed allow me to have both a working tire/wheel as well as a spare. I brought my car in and was out with what I needed in less than an hour. While waiting for my car to be finished, I saw the customer service staff disinfecting their waiting area. As this is happening during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was impressed by the staff's attention to their customer's health and safety. The customer and technical staff service was 100% top notch!
